Nous logions dans ce bel établissement (idéalement centralisé pour la visite des château de la Loire) Concernant le restaurant, nous ne pouvons mettre qu'un avis mitigé d'où le (mais), car le dimanche et les jours fériés le menu est imposé, ce que l'on apprend qu'une fois sur place à table ! Très joli jardin offrant la possibilité de repas au calme...cuisine raffinée ..service irréprochable ...peut-être un peu juste en quantité dans l'assiette mais la qualité est là.Vins de pays agréables et abordables.
Netter Empfang, gute und saisonale Speisenkarte, große Weinkarte, wunderschöner Gastgarten, perfektes Ambiente für einen schönen Abend zu zweit.Wir haben 2 Abende dort verbracht und keinen bereut. Fisch am Punkt gebraten, schön glasig - wie er sein muss (leider nicht überall selbstverständlich in Frankreich - hier schon!), perfekte Fleischqualität (ob Huhn oder Rind) und wunderbare Nachspeisen. Ouuups hat es mir angetan! Innovativ, zart modern und einfach nur zu empfehlen.
Mets délicats et raffinés, et pour un tarif raisonnable.Quantités mesurées, mais sans que cela ne soit trop peu.Très belle terrasse, vraiment agréable en été.Personnel efficace et accueillant.Une bien belle table, à recommander.
Located a few miles away from Amboise this lovely Auberge was a perfect way to end our time in the Loire valley. We dined in an enclosed room on the terrace.The waitstaff was friendly and between our minimal French and their English we managed to have a fabulous meal with a delicious wine. The menu included amuse bouche as well as appetizers and entree and dessert. Everything was perfectly prepared and presented beautifully.The desserts were sumptuous. Everything was sourced locally and fresh.
