that's the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. I've been working in this industry for many years. they have no discipline or care for the customers. I had a little job, and it shouldn't have taken 20 minutes to make my food. especially if it wasn't so busy and there were at least 8 workers, and they all just stood there and looked at me. no sense of urgency to make the food. Food was hot and quick, Staff was very friendly and polite. Didn't see bathrooms. Renovation looks hella clean cut. (Dine in 10pm)
While I have never had trouble with this location for lunch/dinner, I never get what I order for breakfast.
Typical store here. Food is hot and fresh. Line moves quickly. All that really matters at a place like this.
If you are a minor or order breakfast in the afternoon, steer clear! Got food poisoning from them when I ordered sausage McGriddle in the afternoon. They also treat any minors in the building like second class citizen and NOT paying customers. Just don’t even bother, good luck if you need to use the restroom too, yikes.
Decent location convenient to several neighborhoods and a school. Staff is never very attentive, they rely on the self serve kiosks. The most interaction or service you can expect is maybe a thank you when they put your food in the pickup area. Order times are longer than most other McDonald's, not sure why.
