I've stay here a bunch. The hotel is nice, one of the best in town. The staff is great, enthusiastic and helpful. However, as is the case in much of Alaska there is no A/C and sometimes it gets hot. read more.

Hotel is well located. That's the plus. The rooms are quite small. We were greeted with non functioning elevators, so we had to hike up to our fifth floor room. We got lots of practice during the night as we enjoyed two false fire alarms that drove guests up and down the fire escape stairs and out into the street.
