Having read several glowing reviews I was keen to try this place. The set menu of 4 choices each of starters, main course and dessert suggested fresh, good quality ingredients. I ordered the quail salad which was fine but unimaginative. My beef rump steak to follow was one third quite tender but unfortunately the rest inedibly tough and impossible even to cut with the steak knife. Nobody asked us how our meal was and...
