"What you see is what you get. Watch the chef as he carves another steak off a very fine looking side of beef. Then watch him cook it to your taste on an open wood fire perfection. A small and rustic restaurant where the...chef, waitress and (regular local) customers are extremely welcoming and friendly. Nothing fancy, but high quality meat and a lovely atmosphere. Several wines at very reasonable prices as well as more prestigious ones that are decanted and filtered in front of your eyes. A very pleasant evening. We could become regulars!"
