Consistently friendly service. Can't say much about the food since I only buy the pork rolls but they're always good

Nice place to go for a pie the pies are always full of meat and $4.20 where else would you get a pie for that price

"Dropped in after the movies. just looking for a vegan meal and the menu suggested a few. Ordered an eggplant curry which was pretty good but we found the service disappointing for an almost empty restaurant. I don't understand how restaurant managers can't see that their greatest attraction is great, happy, welcoming staff. Without that your simply competing with every other place that just does food. A pity. I nominated Aloo as a recommendation only because I did not recognise any of the items mentioned above. Vegetarian options: They advertise a few vegan and vegetarian options. The food that we had was good and tasty but I thought that as vegan/veg meals are often cheaper to produce, they could win friends (and a reputation) for providing bigger than average meals. Dietary restrictions: I'm sure I saw vegan and pretty sure I saw GF options Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Aloo"

"Public holiday, not much open it town so this place was busy. Staff managed to keep on top of everything, quickly clear tables, take orders and serve great food quickly. Try this place if you like flavoursome food. We had traditional cafe food (such as eggs on toast BLAT) as well as delicious asian inspired salad and felafel plate and it was all fantastic. We'll be back."
