Had to wait over 45 mins for a takeaway although the lady at reception indicated 25, when I got to eat the food it was just awful. It has since gone in the bin as it simply wasn't edible. Very disappointed as I was convinced the longer wait would mean better food but that wasn't the case! View all feedback.
