Visited cafe yesterday. We had the smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels. The bagel was a bit soft. Tea was OK . Very busy I assume because of the tiny cafe at the new M and S in Liverpool 1. Staff friendly as always. Only criticism is that they have the sandwiches at a separate kiosk to the cakes. The hot food is at a third kiosk. View all feedback.

For such a lovely store it is a shame the cafe is a let down. Surly unhelpful staff and poor coffee it needs modernising, less canteen like and brought into line with the ethos of the store. View all feedback.

The dining area of the establishment is equipped with chairs / tables, and there's a counter where you can sit down and taste. Thesmallestguests can sit in kid's high chairs (please inquire), Depending on the weather, you can also sit outside and eat and drink.
