"Ordered from here for a group of 7. Ordered two pizzas I have to admit the meat lovers was decent. However, the Gluten free pepperoni pizza was awful crust was maybe a centimetre thick in it 's most generous part, very dry and just overall not very enjoyable. Now...as someone who 's lived in NS my whole life I can say I know my Donaire sauce, what I was given is not what I 'd consider Donaire sauce. It was essentially whipped cream with a garlic-ish taste with a nice extra charge of around $3+ it was very disappointing to waste all of it as not one of us enjoyed it. We were told they had a debit machine on delivery, they do not do that caused a scramble to try and find cash, why lie? After the entire experience we call the restaurant to complain hoping for some type of retribution but no this manager was so rude absolutely unprofessional on the phone and offered to wave the delivery fee if we PAID for another pizza this was the only resolution he 'd offer. I wasn 't even the one talking to him but I could hear him yelling through the phone as soon as he knew it was a complaint. What an awful experience, do not recommend.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust could not be thinner, reminded me of cardboard."

"Lunch 22. May, 2023 It was not in years; what a pleasant visit. The table orders ...fishing n chips...nice scatters nearby perfectly cooked, ... the shells were right on, tender and cooked again perfectly when the fried were not hand cut, they were the best imitation of it, sure that the Koleslaw was hand cut. The Schellkuchen were good, the sides on the plate; large Chutney.. Exceptional homemade beans and an interesting salad...fresh, though a bit of light on the carrot ginger dressing... plus reasonable price/grand value. Would definitely return if in the area! Service: 4 Location: 5."

"I had the seafood chowder and fish cakes not the standard fare. Both were excellent. Most people ordered fried clams. Everything is made from scratch at time of order. Homemade pies looked very tasty too! Dining area was simple and clean."

"Exemplary service. I had some issues at checkout and got a call out of the blue to fix it. So so so impressed. Next day delivery on a Monday after ordering on a Sunday. The only company I could find offering this. And the flowers are gorgeous with a cute little fake ladybird on one of the leaves. I’m delighted. My friend who I sent the flowers to is delighted. This is what caring service and a great business looks like. Thank you! Order your flowers now!"

"This cute place with good food may be becoming a victim of its own success. In late August a friend and I stopped in for Sunday brunch. We waited 65 minutes for a breakfast wrap and an omelette. When the owner came by to ask...about our meal I replied that the food was very good but that waiting more than an hour was not acceptable and I doubted I would be back. Her stunning response your loss and she turned away. No, I am sorry , Can I get you something etc etc. I was gob smacked with her attitude and, by the way, I won 't be back."
