What AnnC likes about Chantrey's at The Imperial:
When we arrived on New Years Eve our booking hadn't been made !!!!! Don't know if this was the Hotel or Open Tables mistake but very bad on New Years Eve. The waitress was amazing and found us a table but I won't use Open Table again, I will always phone direct myself. This was a treat for my Niece so could have been bad. Waitress was 100%. read more.

I emailed the hotel prior informing them I don't have butter and didn't like certain sandwhich fillings (fussy eater! When we arrived they had no clue about my requests so had to explain again. The sandwiches we got were dry and not much filling and was literally one sandwich sliced into 4 pieces.
