"This was just wonderful in every way. A meal which completely outdid recent visit to Tom Kitchen restaurant in Edinburgh in every way. Beautiful food. Wonderful care very personal. Unobtrusive. Honest honest. And food sourced and grown locally. I was encouraged to run my finger round the plate to pick up the last drops of sauce. 'Feel at home '. So very relaxing. The four of us dining just loved it. Not cheap but excellent quality and value for money. Worth every penny and pound! Shall return!"

"The food here was okay but nothing out of this world. My husband had to send his food back as he had asked for the steak to be cooked well done but it was still pink inside. There wasn't much atmosphere however it was pretty quiet so perhaps would have been different if it had a few more people in"

"We were told a few years ago about this place, but never came to try it until recently, now wonder why it took us so long to check out this fabulous place! from personal to amazing quality of food we were not disappointed and will definitely come back when we visit the opposite again. do they please themselves and eat at this place they will love it as we did.
