"We stopped at the Couvertoirade on our road trip and were looking for something different. Ended up here and ordered some wine, the goat's cheese salade, the Aveyronaise plate with Aligot (mashed potato and cheese! and a selection of blue cheese, paté and other delicacies. Discovered pink praline (and raspberry pie which I think is the best dessert I've had in a while. Heading back that way on our trip home. Looking to try another restaurant in the village to see can we get lucky twice?"

"A la recherche de vins de Faugeres nous avons déjeuné dans ce mini local qui a quand même la place pour une quinzaine de clients. Le menu était très bon aussi le dessert. C'est pour nous une découverte, ce local ouvert toute la journée et qui vous sert à toute heure un plat de charcuterie et des boissons. C'est juste ce qui manque dans de nombreux villages de France où les bars n'ont pas le droit de servir à manger et les restaurants pas le droit de servir à boire en dehors des repas! Les touristes étrangers ne comprennent pas ce système."
