It 's 10:40. I go in to ask for a sandwich with everything. I 'm waiting. Another person who is clearly a regular customer enters complete with a tribal greeting. Just to make himself known... he immediately makes the usual sandwich to the gentleman AFTER me. Then he makes my sandwich.
