What Louis Young likes about Botannika:
Excellent! Best restaurant I have been to in ages. It’s like a restaurant in London but more local! Staff, food, and venue are lovely. Highly recommend. One diner was (coeliac) gluten free and there was lots of options including gf bread to start and sticky treacle pudding. read more.

Disappointed. Last time we came the food was much better. My poached egg was nearly cold, we had mushroom s and poached egg on some stodgy, soggy stuff that was supposed to be toast. A shame, last time it was delicious. For dessert there was no rice pudding, which was one of the reasons we came here. The chocolate fondant was lovely. Service was excellent. read more.
