"Very well executed food, with influences from all around the world and especially South America. The use of ingredients unusual in Europe, is well balanced, and the dishes are the expression of an elegant and at times quite classic fine-dining approach. The level of food was very high, especially the main dishes, fish and meat, were outstanding. The food deserves the two Michelin starts and the other accolades. In terms of quality/price ratio, probably on the expensive side, but the uniqueness of the food proposal is worth the visit.
