I had read a review about Upstairs prior to going which mentioned how fast the service was. This is accurate! What we did to slow service down was order a couple of dishes at a time and it worked an absolute treat. Food, service and ambience great. All tables are way too small and difficult to get into/ out of and I'm a lean person! I'd go back, really enjoyed it. read more.

Great food as always. Although we did over-order and have far too much. Would have been nice for a server to advise this could be the case. Monkfish was expensive for what it is, but we know it’s an expensive fish. Service was great and friendly, but not enough staff so could be a while to wait to get their attention (not the individual servers’ fault! . A gem in Clapham. read more.
