Contribute FeedbackHeart Sushi in London used to be a favorite spot for sushi lovers, but recent experiences have left diners disappointed with below-average food and service quality. Some customers found the dim sum and sushi to be average at best, while others had issues with watery sauces and unexpected price changes. On the plus side, the restaurant offers a diverse vegetarian menu with tasty tempura options. However, the takeaway orders seem to provide better quality food compared to the all-you-can-eat in-house dining. Overall, Heart Sushi may be worth a try for those seeking decent sushi in London, but inconsistency in quality may sway some diners to look elsewhere.
Sometimes its hard to find non-fish sushi, but Hear Sushi has a lot of vegetarian options. The portions are a good size and lots of variety. The Vegetarian Box offers a good deal and the tempura is awesome.
We used to go to 168 sushi and then we discovered heart sushi! Best place in town, clean and the sushi takes much more fresh! Addicted to this place
Over pricedInconsistent food.Water logged crab legs. However you do get a free shower as you break into each crab leg....Service was slowItems listed on the menu were not served and after waiting when asked why they did not bring the items they advised that they were not available..
The food here wasn't anything better than most sushi places but the price was astronomical compared to them. Admittedly the service was very quick but the price alone will make sure I never come back. 2 beers and 2 all you can eat and it totalled almost 100 dollars!!! I do like the tablet system that tells you what is in each individual item. Regardless. Way way way too expensive. I'll wait an extra 5 minutes for items in other sushi places and save myself the 40 dollars for the same calibre of food and service.
This used to be our favourite sushi place in London. We have visited many times for lunch and for dinner. The last three times the food and service have been below the experience that we had grown to expect. Not sure what has happened here but it is certainly not as good as it used to be and is now only average. I think that we have given it enough chances to improve so unlikely that we'll be back.
