I ordered a salmon roll and a spicy salmon roll. There's a trend locally to add crunchy tempura, which isn't done where I come from. The rice kernels were tough, cold and not well seasoned with mirin and rice vinegar. One piece of salmon had grizzle so I could not chew through it and had to spit it out.
