Went there with our family and 2 others for a total of 12 people. Place was as noisy as I have ever experienced in a restaurant! You need to shout to the person sitting beside you! They should find out how McDonalds manages their nose levels. Food was pretty good and slightly below value for the price paid. Service was good for a busy restaurant. What User doesn't like about Kelsey's Neighborhood Bar & Grill:
Incompetent and rude staff, apathetic management, and poor quality, overpriced food - you'd find higher quality at a fast-food place. Not good value for your hard-earned money. This place has gone downhill. Save yourself the headache, disappointment and upset and go somewhere else. See my photos. View all feedback.
It was very noisy as there was an art class going on at the time. The lady that was teaching was very loud.

Apart from not being able to "visit" too much because of the volume of conversations around us, the food was excellent and the servers experienced. A tip: order the "chicken fried chicken" with the gravy on the side. Yummy, but better not drenched over top.
I had not been to this location before but I was surprised at how comfortable and welcoming it was. We ordered the wings, the potato skins, the onion rings and the loaded nachos and shared them all. The wings are particularly good but everything else was above average too. We ended up staying for several hours as we were enjoying, the food, the service and the company. An enjoyable afternoon.
My husband took me out for lunch at Kelsey's where we both enjoyed a main course salad. Mine was a beet, goat cheese and chicken salad with greens. My husband had a chicken Caesar. Both were fresh and tasty. Lauralee provided excellent service. We just think that $38 plus tip for two salads and one coffee is quite overpriced!
