Meltwich Food Co - London

On my first visit, the service was extremely slow and poorly managed, with only one person working there. The poutine portions were tiny, although I have to say the sandwich was quite good. On my second visit, I arrived at 12:30 PM on a Saturday, only to find the restaurant closed, despite their posted hours online indicating they were open. This was a huge waste of my time. I placed an order online, and I'm confident they would have accepted it, even though they were closed. They really need to either ensure they provide decent service when open or close properly like a genuine restaurant.

I want to share my experience at this restaurant. I'm 6 feet tall and bumped my head on the hanging lights twice while I was there. They are suspended by chains and could be easily fixed. I mentioned this issue to the staff on two occasions, but unfortunately, no action was taken.

Jad, Niko, and Shave are absolutely the best! We always return after our bar nights because of the incredible service they provide. They are truly the best employees ever!

I will NOT ever be ordering from Meltwich Food Co ever again! Their pictures online are nothing to what you actually get. I ordered a $13 steak and mushroom sandwich on a bun and that is exactly what I thought I would get. Nope. It was more like a mini slider than a sandwich on a bun. It was so little. I was not impressed by this. I also ordered what I thought was a nice big salad...added tomatoes, onions and pickles and it was still a pretty small salad compared to what they advertise on their website. Its deceiving. I feel it's overpriced for what you get.
