Pasto's Grill - London

A friend recommended that I try the wings at Pastos, and I'm glad I listened. Even though they're not currently on the menu, they're still available for loyal customers from past menus. I opted to have the sauce on the side, but the wings were so delicious on their own that I didn't even need it. However, I did try the sauce and it was also fantastic. The mild and medium sauces were good, but the hot sauce was really spicy, so be cautious if you can't handle the heat. The staff at the restaurant was amazing - friendly, polite, and very courteous. I ordered takeout, but I can only imagine how much better the experience would be if I dined in. I will definitely be returning in the future.

After hearing rave reviews about this restaurant, we decided to give it a try and we were not let down. We ordered the lobster-filled ravioli, sautéed mushrooms, and linguine with shrimp, scallops, clams, and mussels. Every dish was outstanding. Our server, Julia, was a gem. We will definitely be returning, as long as our waistlines allow it.

Our table was situated in a corner away from the main entrance, but we were still not completely satisfied with our dining experience. A loud group of Swiss patrons at a nearby table made it difficult to enjoy our meal, as their conversations were almost overpowering. Our steaks were not cooked to our liking, and when we requested a different table, the staff did not make a sincere effort to accommodate us. As we left the restaurant, my girlfriend and I were left feeling disappointed with our overall dining experience.

From the moment we went through the door, we knew we were hitting gold. We were quickly accommodated and immediately welcome and appreciated. Our servers were known, courtesy and extremely professional catering and care about our experience as paying customers. Then the food came out: and it was the first class! Nicely presented and divinely delicious. The food was fresh, tasteful and cooked to perfection for such a moderate price menu, the food went beyond our expectations and we will return soon. Can't recommend this place and I'm notorious finicky!! This level of hospitality and the standard of the kitchen is a rare jewel in post-covid times five stars not far enough!!

This was always our favourite spot ! We hadn 't been for a while , and so decided to take our guests for the evening. I try not to give negative reviews , especially since restauranteurs have had a difficult time of it during the pandemic and many are just getting back on their feet. But the salmon cobb salad I and my friend ordered didn 't measure up. Mainly because of the miniscule piece of salmon that was served atop the greens. It looked as if the chef divided the piece of salmon between the 2 servings. It was barely a mouthful. I really felt cheated .For $22 a serving, it was not good value. I am not a big eater, but this left left me hungry and I had to find something at home to fill the gap .
