Only stayed one night. The rooms are somewhere to rest your head. I found the two male reception staff very rude and unwelcoming, however the female we met was lovely and very engaging. If nothing else available I would stag again. On the plus they are dog friendly. Rooms: Dated but with loads of space. Walkability: Very close to the local pubs, restaurants and dog walking area. From the moment I entered the location, I could see that things were not quite right. The staff was very kind, but unfortunately in terms of cleanliness, things are not going well. The carpet on the stairs leading to the rooms is terribly dirty and in the rooms you can see cobwebs. A simple walk to the bathroom can be conclusive on the cleanliness , on socks gathered hairs from more than 5 people who were probably accommodated before me. Unfortunately, I chose this location based on the rating on Google, but I will definitely never return. Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 3

Great service, nice rooms but they could do with a bit of a refresh. Little things like 1 cup in a double room and no rail in the wardrobe to hang clothes on let it down. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4

Highly recommend, great staff, parking, decent sized rooms and a good looking menu for the evening even though I didn't get a chance to try. Rooms: Good sized rooms, comfortable beds and quiet night Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

Awful, just awful Rooms: Not a good experience at all. Filthy room, Kettle full of mould, woke up in the morning and realised we were unable to use, so no hot drink. Window sill filthy, cigarette butts left by others who have obviously smoked in the room. Toilet seat was hanging off the toilet and the beds were lumpy, hard and very uncomfortable The walls were newspaper thin, so all guests could be heard going to their rooms throughout the night. All this cost £87 for one night !! Would never return or recommend to anyone Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
