"Stopped in here because the Cat Cafe in Loveland was too expensive $60 just for my family of five to get in the door), and wanted something that caters to my gluten intolerance. I saw blue corn and taco, and knew I was in for a treat. I started with their fresh blue corn chips with a great salsa and guacamole, and then they were kind enough to make a burrito with the blue corn tortillas for no upcharge. I had the smothered chicken burrito and found the filling hot, fresh, and flavorful. My family enjoyed different dishes from regular burritos to quesadillas, and even a salad, and we all left impressed. Do yourself a favor, stop in, fill your hungry belly with great food, and support your local business. "I like the spacious, bright interior and the fact that there is a huge indoor sitting area right in front of the Coffee Shop. I miss the sofas (they remove it during the last redesign). Coffee is something too dark roasted for me, but drinkable and if you like milk in your coffee, you will love it (I prefer black)."
