Wedding catering success! My daughter had her wedding in Estes Park and we September 12, 2019 and she wanted Mexican food and chose Ed's Cantina & Grill.
Long wait on busy Friday night, but they do offer 30-minute call ahead The staff was super friendly and helpful.
I found this place by searching on Yelp and it did not let me down.

"We heard about this place on tik tok and someone said you can’t leave Estes without trying them out. We took them up on the advice and got some GREAT food and service. Definitely recommend the cinnamon roll with extra icing."

"I'd say the food looked better than it tasted. Not to say it was bad by any means, I think it was a good meal. The fajitas just didn't seem to have much seasoning. But it was a good amount of food. They had a lot of other good looking dishes as well."

"Loved our food, our mimosas (they’re big! sitting outside in the sunshine; and had great service! For someone who has several dietary restrictions, this restaurant did an amazing job accommodating and they had great options to do so. We especially loved the size of the mimosas detail of the strawberry! Would highly recommend. "This is awesome! Don?t let the rural location influence expectations.Food was absolutely amazing with huge portions and the service was phenomenal. Would definitely definitely come here with any visit of Estes Park! As an aside, the buffalo ribs were the best ribs I?ve had anywhere at any time. And the playlist was perfect!! Angel was our server. Again Totally amazing service"

"I highly recommend this place. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a restaurant in a gas station. This used to be an A&W a long time ago, but they were never open, so it was nice to see this place, conveniently located on my way out of the park, open and ready to serve. The food is great! I ordered the Avocado burger with cheddar cheese as a combo. It is excellent. The burger is juicy and hot, the toppings are cold and crisp, and it has real slices of avocado instead of a mix with lots of fillers. The fries are sliced from whole potatoes with the skins still on and I didn’t have to ask of ketchup. The strawberry shake is thick and made with real ice cream, milk, and strawberry’s. I ordered at the window and ate in my car so I can’t speak to the inside seating, but there are outside tables if it’s not raining."
