"We placed a togo order, waited 37 minutes when staff came out to say “you are the luckiest person because you are getting the last order of ribs”. He said he was giving me an update it’s about to come out. 31 minutes later the order came out. Over an hour and this is the ribs. It wasn’t enough for a full rack.. looks like something left on a dine in order. It’s sick to wonder what really happened."

"They got the order wrong. I didn't go back for 2 months. When I did, they got the order wrong again. I didn't go back for 5 months. That was today, 7-6-23, and guess what... they got the order wrong. I want what I pay for and I think thats a reasonable expectation. The Gilmer Rd location is great. Eastman Rd, not so much."

"The prices are reasonable and the food is super fresh. The atmosphere isn't super welcoming but the staff make up for it. The order comes up very quick so if you are there wanting to just enjoy some time away, order an appetizer first. Tried 4 different items from this menu and nothing disappointed."

"I wanted to eat here twice. For the first time, they were closed 30 minutes before the actual closing time. The second time the door was closed, but the interior was full of people. No one came to the door to open it, so I just walked. I try to support as much as possible black companies, but this service will not get this restaurant further than East Texas."
