"We were recieved with a big smile from the person greeting us outside the restaurant. John at the helm of the restaurant was a joy to chat with. Without a clue this restaurant serves Louisiana style comfort food. We had chicken pot pie with green beans, Mac and cheese, and a piece of corn bread. We must of stayed there well over two hours. Nice decode and very relaxed. We will certainly return."

"Best tacos in town! It's best to order 1 taco because you can make 2 with the extra tortilla they give you (flour or corn). Then if you want more, go for it! Fried fish, carne asada, cabeza and tripita. Plus all the veggie sides and salsas!"

"We had a fantastic dinner with absolutely excellent service provided by Eloy and staff at Los Olivos! We had been eating primarily at small, inexpensive, family run establishments with very good local specialties but Los Olivos provided an elegantly prepared and presented meal with friendly and very professional service and an amazing view! We are glad to have experienced such fine dining at least once on our vacation!"
