What Chris B doesn't like about Giggling Dolphin:
Nice location and nice service, but completely unremarkable friend fish tacos. The main problem, I think, was the tortillas. I had just come from a place in San Ignacio with amazing homemade tortillas, and this restaurant's tortillas could have come from any grocery store.
