The crispy pig knuckle was far from crispy (chewy). It was large and definitely needed more time in the fryer.

"Great varieties, but they do not make their own waffle cones, charging $2 per cones from Joy. Scope was small for me as compared to my friend’s, very inconsistent. Mine is more like a kid size. Anyway, I will not pay $7+ for a kid size waffle cone for an above average ice cream."
