The chicken was stupidly juicy. It is rare that you get a giant leg, breast, and thigh that are all cooked to perfection like this. Each piece is topped with a bit of salt and lemon zest, which sounds a little weird, but brings an awesome hint of flavor to the chicken that has to be tried.
