so glad to see this option in lax. peet’s is one of my faves and their stalls are quite consistent. the dissatisfied soy-Latte was nice to have after a long flight. they also offer vegan breakfast sandwiches, which I did not try this time, but can testify that they are good when trying Peet’s beyond meat just an breakfast sandwich in sf. sent to the Peet’s in terminal 2. there was a board with maybe 12 total options, two marked vegan. they were a veggie wrap and a veggie jar. we have the package that was only a generic salate mixture, tomato, gurken and hummus. it came with a small by-law that had no suits. on ordering there were no options to choose a dress or change something as they order online with a QR code. it was overwhelming. no breakfast sa...
