I was hesitant to book based on reviews on here. Just spent 4 days here in Dec-23. 10/10. The new adults only pool w/ swim up bar is incredible. Food and drink service at the pool was a 10. Javier and Alan were awesome and very attentive. Our room had an amazing view of the sunset and ocean. There were a few power outages as noted in the reviews here, but they were quickly resolved. THE WORST SUSHI YOU WILL EVER EAT. Do not order any food here. The sushi is the worst you will find anywhere. Your airport snacks will be a better meal than the sushi they serve here. I promise you it is absolutely terrible. The service is great but the food is atrocious. View all feedback.
