"Very hit-or-miss. The ice cream is usually good, though not spectacular. The milkshakes are watery, but not bad enough to send back. Everything's a little on the expensive side. Interior acoustics make this place loud if even a single group's having a good time, but there's outside seating... right next to a busy intersection. This place has a weird vibe on the inside. It's hard to put my finger on why, but in a sense, I oddly don't feel welcome. Like as if I can feel someone loathes me in there. It's very unsettling, and it's the only store I've ever been to that makes me feel that way. Come here for a mediocre ice cream experience that's hard to succinctly explain why exactly it's bad. Or don't, because other ice cream shops probably don't have a creepy, hostile vibe."

"Made a reservation at 6pm to eat at this location. Had a 4 year old with me. The hostess attempted to sit us at a high top bar which had a clear edge where stuff could fall and the small child could also. I pointed to an empty table and the hostess said it was reserved for someone with a reservation. We also had a reservation, but that clearly didnât matter. There were two empty booths at the back that were also available that they didnât offer to let us sit. Whatâs the point of a reservation if you are not going to honor them? And who sits a tiny 4 year old at a high top? When I told them no I didnât want to sit there the hostess looked confused. Zero professionalism or good customer service. Never going here again until they fix their customer service. If you canât handle the amount of people who make reservations then fix your system."

"There was plenty of free street parking on a Sunday morning. It was full, but not packed. I had the Hot Brown and my husband had the Rockwell. Both were excellent and I would order them again. The fried chicken is, dare I saw, better than Chickfila. The bonuts were amazing and we got them for free by signing up for their rewards program. We both got iced lattes and they were delicious. I wish we had one of these in Atlanta!Kid-friendliness: Casual and family friendly vibe. It's loud enough for kids to let it all out but not so noisy you can't converse.Parking: Free street parking"
