Had a long wait after someone ordered 11 items, the 2 people behind the counter remained polite and expedited them as quickly as they could. The young lady behind the counter made a mistake on my order, offered to correct it and was super polite. I kept the order as is and just finished the best burrito I've ever had from any qdoba. To the nawh. I wanted to pick up my food and this place was disgusting! I did it with a turbulent, so it would be ready if I was there, but it wasn't and they had no cheese! I didn't care I had a mother thing out there!
This is the most careless qdoba in which I have ever been, without doubt. it looks like the floor was flying with a dirty cloth and they left mops drowning on the floor. Now I understand why at 11 o'clock only one customer is here. if I hadn't ordered, I would have gone out. qdoba, do you like one and close them to load it. they ruin the call of their name!
It's qdoba, what can you say more? they always have good fresh food with fast service.
I do not recommend this Qdoba to literally anyone. PORTION SIZE IS ALWAYS HORRIBLE. The older Hispanic man who is the GM i think is incredibly rude. As well as the older Hispanic woman. I went in the store and they were training a new employee and he messed up my order. She took a spoon and scooped up the ingredients and put it back in the bowl for the next customer.I have contacted Qdoba customer care (who’s very nice) and have since then been compensated for my experience, but I would choose any other location than this one.
