I had a negative experience at this restaurant. Despite complaining about the food and service, I was not able to get a refund. The waiting time was also unacceptable. The food itself was okay, but when I asked for a replacement due to receiving the wrong order, I was denied because they claimed to have no record of my order. I recently had a bad experience at this restaurant where I received the wrong food in my takeout order and was unable to get a refund as they wouldn't answer the phone or open the door. The service was poor and disappointing. The meal type was breakfast and the price per person was between $1 and $10.
