"Go! That's not a proposal, it's a direction! If you love unique and local food, friendly and compassionate service and an atmosphere unlike any other, The Townhouse is where you need to be. The not so hidden jewel is a must for everyone and everyone. I always trust their judgment when they offer food specialties daily, like this Taco salad! With Chipotle aioli, shaved local lamp, crisp salad and more! Not shown are the Townhouse Pommes, which are a regular clamp and never stay at the table for a long time. "Really disappointed with the customer service here!! Was visiting Cape Breton with my family and saw Main street cafe on Google maps. Went online and placed an order for 7 people. After a few minutes I realized that I had placed my order with this restaurant, not the one in Cape Breton. Immediately I called Main Street Cafe to cancel my order. Nobody answered the phone. My husband also tried on his phone and no answer. There was no way to cancel my order that I just placed. Obviously I wasn 't going to drive a few hours to pick it up. Upon returning home, I noticed my credit card was charge for the meal. I tried to dispute with my credit card company but they said the restaurant is refusing a refund. So incredibly frustrating considering I attempted to call more than once and nobody picked up the phone. What kind of establishment doesn 't answer phone calls during business hours??? Also what kind of business charges a customer when no product or service was given? Absolutely ridiculous!"

"Ordered pizza with an estimate of 45 minutes to 1 hour. Finally arrived after 1h45m, pizza was warm and soggy. $5 delivery fee to take it less than 1km, plus over a dollar to pay by debit. Would try anywhere else."

"Order double teen comb with onion rings, the wait was long, my drink was 3/4 filled, only got 4 onion rings. Strong recommend not going to this a&w as every time I go it’s very disappointing, night shift staff not friendly at all"
