"Average. I love the Japanese food they serve especially the tempura. Unfortunately, you can't have enough since they only serve you a few pieces. More of like eat all they can serve."

"Compared to other branches, this one is relatively small, with only less than 20 seats available inside. There are several more seats available adjacent the east window and near one of the mall exits, but I hardly sit on those to chill out and have my coffee. Other than these, the baristas are attentive, the security personnel on duty is alert and services are at consistent with all other branches. I got my black planner for 2022 here."

"Go-to place for palasalubong in Pampanga. I love their kakanins and other pasalubong. Their palabok was average or so-so but Lasagna was great. They were also understaffed since the waiting time for the food is long."

"Upon check-in the security staff was fairly rude and condescending, at one point having two people flanking either side from the rear as I spoke to the front desk. They then proceeded to follow me through the lobby area, as well as giving dirty looks the entire time. Checked in for two days with plans to potentially extend, but will likely leave after the second day. First impressions, and all that. Between the three shower heads, only one is connected to heated water, but none work particularly well as they, presumably like the rest of the room, haven 't been cleaned particularly well (or finished), as evident by the accompanying photos. Though the low water pressure may also be playing a role. I even found a cigarette butt just resting on the windowsill (so a bit of caution to anyone with sensitivities to that type of thing). The woman at the front desk was polite and professional, however."
