"I ordered a door Dash folder and although it was brought to their attention before they did not ranch available as option. Usually this is not a problem because they can call and after ranch put into their order and they do not do it any problem. but today they thought it was ok to pass responsibility to the drive and they demand to ask them to arrive and inform me that they must go to pick up the order and they cannot go through the drive that was not relevant to the thema in any way. she then went with me to put in my pocket and decided to stay silent on the phone while I expressed my dissatisfaction and explained that I had never had a problem with the others who ran into my order. she always asked me, “Are they done?” and was released. the lack of customer support is disgusting, especially coming from a manager."
