Great experience! Our waitress was amazing. I would have ordered my own omelet for my health program. I didn't know they would add a pancake battery to their omets to make them fluffier. She was so kind to mention it so I couldn't ask her. This is customer service! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ihop:
Fairly average. Service could have been more prompt; waited 5-10 minutes between coffee refills, but server never brought a carafe, despite all surrounding tables having one. Ironically enough, the coffee was the worst part- basically hot water with a brown color to it. However, the food quality was adequate. View all feedback.
