Avoid this Wawa by bad customer service. 8 persons behind the Deli and only 2 commands, while the other 6 gave and distract each other. Your performance may be 1 sandwich every 6 minutes if you are lucky. Whether you have already paid or not, they will ignore your order as long as possible. View all feedback.
I come to this Wawa almost every day. I had to remove my wisdom teeth so I had to be soft. I also have a fake tooth in my mouth and I'm not able to eat in hard ice. Two employees at night told me I can't ice because it's cross-contamination. I called wawa customer service and was said cross-contamination is when or when I give them a cup and they fill the cup. Not if they get a cup from behind. I never had this problem with another Wawa if the ice in the machine is not soft. Another time I bought a smoothie that tried $5 an employee to fill my $5 smoothie cup with only ice. I was told that I had to buy something that didn't replace my smoothie for ice. And she gave me the smallest cup. I even offered to pay for it, sometimes because I can eat hard ice again. This wawa should have an exception with people who prefer certain ice. If it's busy, I'll get it. If nobody does anything, it shouldn't be a problem. I'm a Wawa reward customer. I'm spending a lot of money here. I like the fact that I was mistreated and laughed by the staff because they don't want it. It is not all right that some employees stand others and some make it just their own rules. I was told it wasn't a Wawa policy. The employee just didn't want to do it.

Why are HALF THE GAS PUMPS ALWAYS CLOSED? You? not even from the order the participants simply like to place cones in front of them, so customers can not fuel up there. Last time I was there, I pulled one of the cones and served me at the pump. That's a joke! The gas visitors are rude anyway. Do you ever have to interact with one? You are rough with customer vehicles (punching your gas door, slumbering it closed, spray gas on the whole side of your car, etc. absolutely no respect for others? Ow! Who rents these people?????
Absolutely horrible! A young man in a red shirt gagged on my food! And left it to talk to a manager in the back room! Horrible! They should be fired! This is so gross!! And my food was thrown at me instead of being put into a bag! Don?t ever come here
