"We visited the restaurant on Tuesday evening. Most of the tables were taken, so that is a good sign for me all the time. Unfortunately the service was quite busy and basically ignoring us for almost 20 min. We didn't have even a drink.The food came than quite fast, once it was ordered and it looked and tasted very good for the fact that it's a small restaurant in a small village."

"The service was excellent the room was nice and comfortable, but I there is free water, and free , and free coffee and tea, with a also some fruit. The hotel is old butcher so the restaurant was fantastic, and overpriced as the cost was 110 euros per person but good enough. The place is amazing and the hiking spots surround the hotel, and so 10 out of 10. Perfect. The breakfast was cool too."

"Food was really not good, roast beef was overcooked and did not taste good. French fries were ok. The service was not good either, the waiter was quite rude and not nice with us. "On our way to the airport we paid Vicino a visit to have diner. The service was good and friendly, and the dish we ordered (we both had the Vicino's Burger) arrived rather quickly. Unfortunately the beef was just too rare for our taste (the...waiter did not ask our preference during ordering), but as we had a plane to catch, we didn't had the time to have it reheated on the grill. Also the Gruyère cheese wasn't my cup of tea, so overall it was a slightly disappointing experience. On the other hand our waiter wanted to be helpful, and offered us a free espresso afterwards (which we had to refuse due to our tight travelling schedule). Therefore I would give Vicino another chance (without Gruyère) next time."
