"My friend and I had lunch at Blue Wind yesterday. We live in Waldorf but were down in Lex Park for the day shopping and such. I had found your restaurant online and thought we 'd give it a try. We are soooooooo glad we did. I can 't remember when I 've had a more delicious lunch. The food was perfectly prepared. Loved the side salad made with honest greens . Best sesame/ginger salad dressing I have ever eaten hands down. The service was excellent. The people that you have working for you are definitely well chosen. We felt very very welcome there............My only complaint is that I wish you were in Waldorf !!! But for sure, we 'll be back whenever we are in St. Mary 's Co. and for sure, we 'll be telling our friends about it. Thanks to all of you."

"I love this place. Beautiful recent upgrades to a great place. We visit PBW's every time we're on the Eastern Shore. Oranges are excellent, but not afraid to mix it with a Captain Crunch, every time in awhile as well. Also love the big bar food. We love our captain DJ Outlaw and his right man Terry. Other great local actions also play. Support this excellent local business by stopping and a few drinks at the outdoor tables or at the outdoor bar."

"The Cheesy Garlic Pizza Sticks were very good! A little on the oily side but still good. The Mozzarella sticks was also very good. The texture was crisper and crunchier which I really liked. The flavor was very good! Would recommend!"

"I can combine golden chicken and Japanese grill. the taste of both restaurants that stayed with me was old, overused cooking oil, old vegetables (and nasty look,) overboiled all that made the chicken dry out, hard cookies and garnels that overflowed. I'd pick up one and it'd be like a boiled nude. really bad eating. not one was good! can you believe it? as if we need more cripples to eat."

"Wouldn't give us a replacement box to go the rest of our children. The manager said they couldn't give us another box for remnants without paying for a whole new meal. We had two young children (under 3). It was a simple request with very little customer service fulfilled."
