"We stumbled across The Perch while out on a bike ride. What a find!! Firstly, very friendly service and staff that knew what was on the menu, and how to sell it! It was a difficult decision to know which of the amazingly tasty sounding dishes to have! In the end we opted for the carbonara, and it was probably one of the best carbonara I've ever eaten! Made in the traditional Italian way and with quality ingredients. Speaking to the staff you could tell they were passionate about serving high quality food, in a lovely setting, and at reasonable prices. I'd definitely eat here again."

"Service and attention was good and it’s a nice venue. Disappointed with choices being off the menu though efforts were made to rectify. More options especially vegetarian options would be better. Food was slightly over priced for whilst it was served as being of a high standard it was a disappointing to the palette with a persisting aftertaste. Overall it was an adequate experience though not one I would rush back too."
