We visited Darwin for 6 nights to see family for Xmas - we stayed nearby at Club Tropical Resort on Lee Point Road. Tracy Village is very old - I recall coming to bingo here with Mum as a child in the 1970’s and it looking much the same, except for the modern addition of poker machines. I am a proud Tracey Village Member. Not for the sports - not for the pokie machines (which are very popular), but for the access to the restaurant. The meal selection is typical sports club. But the steak is always well cooked, the snitzels are huge, I can recommend the Crumbed Lamb cutlets, and - for the budget conscious or the senior looking to get out for a night with the old gang - try the Sunday Roast for only $...
