We do not regret getting off of I-55 in Madison to eat here. It is very much worth it!The brisket was the best I have ever had and the same could be said for the pulled pork nachos.There were so many menu items we wanted to try that we will have to stop in again next time we are passing through. What Daniel M doesn't like about Burgers Blues Barbecue Madison:
I ordered Buffalo chicken fries. The Buffalo Chicken fries was lacking the Buffalo sauce. Chicken was dry. I also ordered the brisket plate with mac n cheese, broccoli, and sweet potato fries. The Mac N Cheese was too salty. The brisket was smothered in bbq sauce in order to mask the bland taste of the brisket. The sweet potato fries and broccoli were the best part.
