"It was my daughter’s 21st birthday dinner and we had approximately 20 people. After arriving over an hour prior to our party time at another restaurant, I was told we would have another 1.5-2 hour wait… INSANITY! So I called HalfShell to see if they could possible squeeze us in. Angie asked told me she would have us tables ready by the time we all got there!! And she DID! Our server was fantastic and did not miss a single beat! Our drinks, appetizers and entrees were delicious! Half Shell and their rock star employees, especially Angie, really showed up, showed out and saved the day!!! There’s no way our original restaurant, Shaggy’s, could have or would have provided such excellent service and delicious food!!! My family will be back for more birthday’s for sure!!"
