Went to Wendy’s in Madison NC yesterday. I ordered pecan salad. There were no pecan ‘ in the salad. Lady that took my order wasn’t willing to answer my question about what size was available for chili beans. So I ordered chili beans and assume it was there small. "Asked for itemized breakdown of a to go order when paying at the register because the total was a tad high. Owner threw my credit card back at me and said it obviously needed to be free and shoved the food across the counter to me. I order to go from here weekly along with a bunch of co-workers. I usually have my food picked up but decided to go myself. After the owner stormed off another lady took my payment. I just paid what he said it was. Never been disrespected before in my life asking for clarification of the total! Turns out I was charged 2 bucks extra for a sub that wasn’t a foot long. Called themBack to tell them and they didn’t care. Told them I wouldn’t eat there again and they said “that’s fine” and hung up. Goes to show what they really think about their patrons."
