"I used to like Mer-Ben. But today changed my perspective. Took a while before a staff member looked at me. I 've been calling their attention so we can order, and when she did, she said she would return but never did. So I decided to go to the cashier myself and order. After eating, I rang the bell so we could get the bill and wrap my take out food. But no one is looking at me as if they weren 't hearing anything. So I decided to approach someone personally, carrying the plate of the food I want to take home with me. The girl said, 'mam mag bell na lang po kayo. ' 'Kanina pa ko nag be-bell wala naman lumilingon sa inyo. 'Ah baka busy pa po mam. ' ' kayo na busy, kanina pako tumatawag walang pumapansin. My frustration escalated because I still didn 't have the bill even if I personally went to the cashier. I know you 're busy, and there 's a lot of customers, i hope you can still do something about the situation. I 'd probably not come back until I forget this awful experience."
