What Scotlandmac likes about Fairfax:

What HondaHound doesn't like about Fairfax:
We were staying at Leeds Castle and this was the breakfast included in the price. We also tried dinner. Good ambiance and superb views over the castle especially at night. Breakfast avoid the smashed avocado the poached eggs were solid and the pureed avocado was awful. We send it back. The 'help yourself ' cooked breakfast wasn 't too bad but, come on, why are you providing stone cold plates??? No plate warmer in sig... View all feedback.

Food was average. Beef burger certainly overdone. Service was slow, took 2 hours for 2 courses. Had to keep trying to get the attention of staff. All they have...
