Refreshing and good place to have brunch or cocktails with close friends. Quality Spanish & Filipino food served well. Warm atmosphere and attentive service.

What Alexandre Stehr doesn't like about DULCINEA:
I ordered their special chicken dish (which I especially love but I forgot the name. It's the one with asparagus, for lunch) and a cream puff plus churros with chocolate.... I couldn't finish them all. I like the way they're situated in that special corner near Tommy Hilfiger - for a less crowded place than the usual in Gbelt strip. Php 500 for lunch isn't bad.
