Nikkei has limited vegan options, but they make them pretty good. I enjoyed her vegan maki, truffled edamame and Oldashi Tofu. You also give you free potato chips while you wait until your orders arrive. I hope they will create more vegan options soon or at least be open to a vegan meal to custom updated from previous review on 2022-11 View all feedback.
